Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist management in daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Facilitate effective communication with all departments and staff.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Adhere to and enforce the store operations manual, suggesting updates as necessary.
  • Implement and uphold sustainability policies locally and globally.
  • Minimize store shrinkage through effective inventory management.
  • Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, maintaining cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and display implementation as directed.
  • Communicate visual standards and updates to the team.
  • Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of fixtures and supplies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

Experience
