Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist management in daily store operations and personnel management.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Collaborate with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
  • Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning correctly and manage cash accuracy.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and display implementation as per company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen in the fashion industry.
  • Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and customers.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the retail or fashion industry.
