Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
  • Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist management in daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths across sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Facilitate effective communication with all departments and staff.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Manage store shrinkage and ensure operational execution with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
  • Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and maintain cash accuracy.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a comparable role, preferably within the retail or fashion sectors.
