Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with store processes and follow-up procedures.
