Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a multinational brand environment; related experience is advantageous.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with a keen awareness of fashion trends.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience
Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with a preference for those with related experience in luxury fashion retail.
