Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales and deliver exceptional client and after-sales service.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the stock team to ensure optimal product rotation.
  • Provide high-quality feedback and reports to management.
  • Address and report client complaints to the Department Manager or Associate Store Director.
  • Stay informed on market trends and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and uphold professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.
  • Promote the brand's culture and ensure an excellent client experience.
  • Facilitate seamless omnichannel client journeys.
  • Present the Balenciaga universe and collections with a storytelling approach.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support management in store process compliance and follow-up.
  • Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
  • Contribute to stock control and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher in any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High sensitivity to client experiences and loyalty.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and product sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Competency in MS Office and other digital tools.
