Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize appropriate sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Act as a guide for customers, fostering interactions and establishing strong, lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional and professional customer service.
- Ensure inventory levels and product quality, and manage in-store displays and merchandise sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays meet company standards.
- Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with international brands; relevant sales experience is preferred.
- Strong sensitivity and discernment for brands, apparel, and fashion trends.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and team collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to thrive in a challenging environment.
- Excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer software.

Experience
Experience in sales, preferably within an international brand, with a strong understanding of fashion and luxury retail.
