Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Act as a guide for customers, engaging with them to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver high-quality and professional customer service.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and product quality; manage in-store displays and merchandise.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays meet company standards.
- Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with an international brand; sales experience is advantageous.
- Strong sensitivity and recognition ability towards brands, clothing, and fashion trends.
- Demonstrated responsibility and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
- Excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Competency in MS Office and other computer software.
