Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and current fashion trends.
  • Manage returns and exchanges efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and luxury brand positioning.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or a similar role.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in fashion or a related field is preferred.
