Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Guide and interact with customers to build strong and lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver superior and professional customer service.
- Ensure inventory levels and product quality are maintained; manage in-store displays and merchandise sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays meet company standards.
- Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience working with international brands; sales experience is preferred.
- Strong sensitivity and discernment towards brand, apparel, and fashion trends.
- Demonstrated responsibility and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
- Excellent communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer software.

Previous experience in sales within international brands is preferred.
