Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Ensure store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated product and fashion sensitivity with a strong understanding of fashion trends.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role within a multinational brand environment is advantageous.
