Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Address client requests and complaints, reporting to management.
  • Provide detailed client feedback to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
  • Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
  • Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand values.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
  • Present the Balenciaga universe with a storytelling approach.
  • Provide tailored advice and maintain high standards of client service.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
  • Create and update client portfolios, engaging in long-term relationships.
  • Facilitate teamwork and assist colleagues in achieving goals.
  • Participate in sustainability initiatives.
  • Perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including transactions and stock control.
  • Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and training programs for internal candidates.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience for external candidates.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in client relationship management. Knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising. Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year as a Sales Associate for internal promotions or 2 years of relevant sales experience for external candidates.
