Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Address client requests and complaints, reporting to management.
- Provide detailed client feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
- Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
- Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand values.
- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present the Balenciaga universe with a storytelling approach.
- Provide tailored advice and maintain high standards of client service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
- Create and update client portfolios, engaging in long-term relationships.
- Facilitate teamwork and assist colleagues in achieving goals.
- Participate in sustainability initiatives.
- Perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including transactions and stock control.
- Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and training programs for internal candidates.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience for external candidates.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year as a Sales Associate for internal promotions or 2 years of relevant sales experience for external candidates.
