Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
  • Provide high-quality client feedback to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
  • Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
  • Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand values.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
  • Present Balenciaga's collections with a storytelling approach.
  • Offer personalized advice and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
  • Engage clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Follow guidelines for client journey and loyalty programs.
  • Exhibit professionalism and teamwork in all interactions.
  • Support sustainability goals and facilitate teamwork.
  • Perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties.
  • Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
  • Receive and organize store deliveries and shipments.
  • Contribute to stock control and inventory management.
  • Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and training programs (internal candidates).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Associate (internal candidates).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (external candidates).

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in client relationship management. Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and market dynamics. Competence in handling sales transactions and inventory management.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience is required for external candidates, while internal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate.
