Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
  • Provide high-quality feedback on clients to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
  • Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
  • Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's values and behaviors.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
  • Present the Balenciaga universe and collections with a storytelling approach.
  • Provide tailor-made advice and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Create and update the client portfolio and follow up through the Luce app.
  • Build authentic and long-term client relationships.
  • Follow HQ guidelines on client journey and loyalty programs.
  • Exhibit professionalism and teamwork in all interactions.
  • Facilitate teamwork to enhance client experience and achieve goals.
  • Participate in achieving sustainability goals.
  • Perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties without supervision.
  • Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
  • Receive and process store deliveries and shipments.
  • Contribute to stock control and inventory management.
  • Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal promotions).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (for external hires).

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in omnichannel retail operations. Knowledge of luxury fashion and market trends. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
