Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
  • Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
  • Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
  • Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand values.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
  • Present the Balenciaga universe with a storytelling approach.
  • Provide personalized advice and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Create and update client portfolios using the Luce app.
  • Build authentic, long-term client relationships.
  • Execute product presentation guidelines and maintain display standards.
  • Support teamwork and sustainability goals.
  • Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
  • Receive and process store deliveries and shipments.
  • Contribute to front and back of house operations.
  • Support after-sales service and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal promotions).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (for external candidates).

Skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Service-oriented and collaborative approach. Expertise in client engagement and relationship building. Proficiency in executing retail processes and operations. Ability to maintain high standards of visual merchandising.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience is required for external candidates. Internal candidates must have completed Balenciaga's onboarding and training programs.
