Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using appropriate sales techniques.
• Act as a host for customers, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
• Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a multinational brand environment; related experience is advantageous.
• Strong product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Good PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
