Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to educate and engage customers.
- Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
- Address customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfactory resolutions for both the customer and the company.
- Stay updated with customer requirements and operational procedures.
- Monitor daily sales targets and employ effective sales techniques to achieve them.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies, ensuring work is conducted to the highest standards.
- Maintain personal appearance and presentation in strict alignment with company standards.
- Comply with Security and Health and Safety regulations.
- Open and close the store as per business needs, following company security protocols.
- Perform additional duties within the scope of the Sales Consultant role as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a customer service position with direct customer interaction.
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and high-pressure environments.
- Proven ability to initiate contact and communication.
- Motivated team player with a shared goal.
