Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to ensure customers are well-informed.
  • Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, seeking assistance when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Stay updated with customer requirements and operating procedures.
  • Be aware of daily sales targets and employ appropriate sales techniques to meet them.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to all procedures and policies.
  • Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
  • Adhere to security and health and safety regulations.
  • Open and close the store as needed, in accordance with company security rules.
  • Perform additional duties within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Sales Consultant role.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer interaction.

Skills

Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Motivated team player with a common goal. Fluency in a second language, with Mandarin or Russian being highly advantageous.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role is required.
