Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance when necessary, to ensure satisfactory resolution for both the customer and the company.
  • Stay updated on customer requirements and operating procedures.
  • Be aware of daily sales targets and employ appropriate sales techniques to meet them.
  • Ensure all procedures and policies are understood and adhered to.
  • Maintain personal appearance and presentation in strict alignment with company standards.
  • Adhere to security and health and safety regulations.
  • Open and close the store according to business needs and company security rules.
  • Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the Sales Consultant role.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar sales role.
  • Experience in a customer service role with direct customer interaction.

Skills

Ability to adapt to frequent changes and high-pressure environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Motivated team player with a common goal. Fluency in a second language, with Mandarin or Russian being highly advantageous.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar sales role and customer service with direct customer interaction is required.
