Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
• Understand current products, trends, and collections to inform and engage customers.
• Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
• Handle customer complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
• Stay updated with customer requirements and operating procedures.
• Be aware of daily sales targets and employ sales techniques to meet them.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies.
• Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
• Adhere to security and health and safety regulations.
• Open and close the store according to business needs and security protocols.
• Perform additional duties within the scope of the Sales Consultant role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar sales role.
• Experience in customer service with face-to-face interaction.
• Ability to adapt to frequent change and high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is advantageous.
