Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to educate and engage customers.
  • Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions in line with company policies.
  • Stay updated with customer requirements and operational procedures.
  • Achieve daily sales targets using effective sales techniques.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Maintain personal appearance and presentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Comply with Security and Health and Safety regulations.
  • Open and close the store as needed, following company security protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the Sales Consultant role.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar sales role.
  • Experience in a customer service position with direct customer interaction.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Chinese.

Adaptability to frequent changes and high-pressure environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to initiate contact and maintain customer relationships. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on common goals.

Experience
