Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
  • Stay updated on customer requirements and operating procedures.
  • Meet daily sales targets using effective sales techniques.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies, ensuring work is conducted to the highest standards.
  • Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
  • Comply with Security and Health and Safety regulations.
  • Open and close the store as needed, following company security protocols.
  • Perform additional duties within the scope of the Sales Consultant role as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a customer service position with direct customer interaction.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Chinese.

Skills

Adaptability to frequent change and high-pressure environments. Initiative in contact and communication. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships.

Experience

Candidates should possess previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role, particularly within the luxury retail sector.
