Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to effectively communicate with customers.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation.
- Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance when necessary, to resolve issues satisfactorily.
- Stay updated with customer requirements and operating procedures.
- Be aware of daily sales targets and employ sales techniques to achieve them.
- Ensure all procedures and policies are understood and adhered to.
- Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
- Comply with Security and Health and Safety regulations.
- Open and close the store according to business needs and company security rules.
- Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the Sales Consultant role.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar sales role.
- Experience in a customer service position with direct customer interaction.
