Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to ensure customers are well-informed.
  • Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring resolution aligns with customer and company satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with customer requirements and operating procedures.
  • Monitor daily sales targets and utilize sales techniques to achieve them.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies, ensuring work meets established standards.
  • Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
  • Comply with security and health and safety regulations.
  • Open and close the store as per business needs, following company security protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the Sales Consultant role.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar sales role.
  • Experience in customer service with direct customer interaction.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes and high-pressure environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. Initiative in contact and communication.

Experience

Candidates must have prior experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
