Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the global retail training strategy to enhance client experience and commercial performance.
- Design and deploy engaging retail training tools, animations, and workshops.
- Identify opportunities for synergy with other departments to ensure consistent learning approaches across retail teams.
- Develop a cohesive retail training community across all regions and training levels.
- Promote a culture of strategic coaching and feedback among store managers to drive performance.
- Manage and develop retail training teams at both headquarters and regional levels.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in training design, development, and deployment, or management experience in luxury retail.
- Experience in a global retail environment in a similar position is appreciated.
- Strong passion for fostering a learning culture and talent development.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Strong project management skills.
