Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the global retail training strategy to enhance client experience and commercial performance.
  • Design and deploy engaging retail training tools, animations, and workshops.
  • Identify opportunities for synergy with other departments to ensure consistent learning approaches across retail teams.
  • Develop a cohesive retail training community across all regions and training levels.
  • Promote a culture of strategic coaching and feedback among store managers to drive performance.
  • Manage and develop retail training teams at both headquarters and regional levels.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in training design, development, and deployment, or management experience in luxury retail.
  • Experience in a global retail environment in a similar position is appreciated.
  • Strong passion for fostering a learning culture and talent development.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Strong project management skills.
