Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive training strategy for global retail teams to enhance client experience and commercial performance.
- Assess, design, and deploy engaging retail training tools, animations, and workshops in alignment with the Retail Excellence strategy.
- Cultivate a cohesive retail training community across all regions and levels, from headquarters to local trainers and in-store ambassadors.
- Promote a culture of strategic coaching and feedback among store managers to drive performance and elevate client experience.
- Manage and develop retail training teams at both headquarters and regional levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in training design, development, and deployment.
- Previous experience in a global retail environment in a similar position is preferred.
- Certification as an Insight Coach is advantageous.
