Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to facilitate learning and coaching sessions in-store, in classrooms, and virtually.
  • Deliver training and coach sales techniques and selling ceremonies in alignment with the brand's global training strategy.
  • Conduct on-the-floor coaching, provide feedback, and exemplify the luxury service experience.
  • Perform regular in-store field coaching, submit reports to the Training Manager, and collaborate with Store Managers to implement solutions and follow up on results.
  • Maintain an active presence on the shop floor to ensure effective implementation of training content.
  • Partner with store teams to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions to enhance business KPIs.
  • Deliver orientation, service, and product training courses to retail staff with professionalism and practical knowledge.
  • Translate and proofread training materials to ensure local relevance.
  • Manage training logistics, including location, timing, facilities, and necessary support materials.
  • Develop and update training databases to ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate scheduling with Store Managers to minimize operational disruption while maximizing training attendance.
  • Monitor post-training performance and staff feedback to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Track and report on the correlation between training sessions and store KPI improvements.

Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in training and coaching within a luxury or customer service-oriented retail environment (minimum 2 years).

Skills

High level of commercial acumen and fashion sense. Ability to translate brand strategy into field results. Creativity, flexibility, and strong self-organization skills for handling multiple priorities. Experience in supporting the full training cycle, including logistical preparation, database management, delivery, and effectiveness follow-up.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in training and coaching within a luxury or customer service-oriented retail environment.
