Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement retail training programs focused on enhancing client experience, selling techniques, and floor management.
- Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to retail teams and store managers.
- Ensure global consistency in training standards while accommodating necessary local adaptations.
- Reinforce client experience standards and structured selling rituals throughout the retail network.
- Observe in-store behaviors and provide structured feedback to enhance performance.
- Facilitate training on advanced selling techniques, cross-selling, and conversion improvement.
- Develop clienteling capabilities, CRM usage, and long-term client relationship building.
- Support store managers in fostering a strong coaching and feedback culture.
- Promote understanding of retail performance indicators and commercial awareness.
- Collect field feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of training tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail environments.
- Proven experience in retail training.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and coach in field environments.
- Knowledge of retail KPIs and performance drivers.
- Structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English.
