Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement retail training programs focused on enhancing client experience, selling techniques, and floor management.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to retail teams and store managers.
- Ensure global consistency of training standards with appropriate local adaptations.
- Reinforce client experience standards and structured selling rituals across the retail network.
- Observe in-store behaviors and provide structured feedback to drive performance improvement.
- Facilitate training on advanced selling techniques, cross-selling, and conversion improvement.
- Develop clienteling capabilities, CRM usage, and long-term client relationship building.
- Support store managers in cultivating a strong coaching and feedback culture.
- Promote understanding of retail performance indicators and commercial awareness.
- Collect field feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of training tools and methodologies.
