Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports on retail KPIs, including sales and traffic, to analyze business results.
  • Support the analysis of ongoing sales against established targets.
  • Assist in analyzing the customer base of the Maison.
  • Participate in coordinating sales strategies with the European headquarters and sales outlets.
  • Support the preparation of strategic presentations for executive management.
  • Monitor the performance of Balenciaga boutiques and analyze luxury market competition.

Qualifications

  • Beginner in the Retail Performance function with a strong affinity for analytics.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and rigor. Curiosity, collaboration, and proactivity. High proficiency in English.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a strong analytical mindset and familiarity with retail performance are beneficial.
