Role & Responsibilities

  • Strategically evaluate and enhance current systems in collaboration with the Director of Operations and retail leadership to improve operational excellence and client experience.
  • Cultivate positive relationships and maintain open communication with retail leadership, store teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Train and educate retail teams, including store management, on company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners on regional retail projects.
  • Provide prompt resolutions to store inquiries and conduct routine operational checks at store locations.
  • Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures in collaboration with various departments such as Finance, Sales Audit, and Inventory Control.
  • Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and stock management, and oversee supply orders within budget constraints.
  • Oversee operational aspects of store projects, including openings, closings, and relocations, and manage operations for store marketing events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail operational experience, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
  • Experience in multi-store management and working with cross-functional partners in a multinational corporation.

Skills

Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proficiency in POS and Inventory Management Systems, with advanced knowledge in SAP and Oracle Retail Xstore being advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in retail operations, with a focus on multi-store management in a fast-paced, luxury or fashion environment.
