Role & Responsibilities
- Determine the product assortment for each store and ensure a balanced collection.
- Analyze sales figures and adjust stock levels throughout the season and during sales periods.
- Monitor best and slow sellers across different regions.
- Actively participate in new store openings by providing purchase recommendations based on sales forecasts and store typology.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of products, sales, and stock distribution among stores.
- Implement corrective actions such as adjusting merchandise allocations and coordinating transfers between stores, collaborating with Visual Merchandising, CRM, Training, and Retail Europe teams.
- Track deliveries and returns.
- Monitor restocking processes.
- Input showroom orders.
- Conduct regular visits to various boutiques across Europe.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree with experience in retail merchandising within the fashion sector.
