Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Training team with weekly compilation and analysis of Training App usage data.
  • Maintain and update Client Experience Evaluations by store door and manage mandatory training attendance lists monthly.
  • Conduct competitive studies across categories and departments; prepare seasonal training recaps and miscellaneous seasonal projects.
  • Prepare training guidelines and materials for New Store Openings and review product training related to Collections & Campaigns.
  • Compile product images and information for Training Ambassador briefs and provide general administrative support to the training function.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a college or university program and eligible to receive academic credit (required).
  • Able to work on-site in the New York City office for the internship period.
  • Detail-oriented, task-driven, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort compiling data metrics.

Experience

No specific prior work experience required; internships welcome applicants seeking academic credit. Previous retail, training support, or data compilation experience is advantageous.
