Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and assess overall and individual retail training needs through career development plans and store performance.
- Define and implement the regional training strategy.
- Adapt centrally developed training materials to the regional context.
- Deploy training content and ensure proper rollout, understanding, and assimilation by teams on topics such as onboarding, new hires, store openings, client experience, management, performance, and operations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of training programs.
- Lead and manage a team of regional trainers and in-store training ambassadors.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Arabic; other languages appreciated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience
Extensive experience in retail training within the luxury sector, with a proven track record of managing training programs and teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
