Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor the international product training strategy.
- Develop Product, Signature, and Heritage training programs aligned with the brand's DNA and artistic direction.
- Oversee the global rollout of training modules, adapting them to local markets.
- Identify and address new training needs in collaboration with internal teams.
- Define training strategies for seasonal launches and post-fashion show releases.
- Collaborate with merchandising and product development teams to create engaging learning content.
- Manage and develop the Product Training team at headquarters.
- Ensure alignment and effective execution with regional training managers.
- Act as a product ambassador within the Global Retail department.
- Define KPIs to measure training impact on retail performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of three.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in training design, development, and deployment or retail operations.
- Experience in a global retail environment or similar role is advantageous.
- Strong team collaboration skills across cross-functional and local teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Understanding of product lifecycle, retail dynamics, and client experience in luxury fashion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and digital tools.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
