Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive Product, Signature, and Heritage training programs across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's DNA and artistic direction.
  • Oversee the global implementation of training modules, adapting them to local markets while maintaining a cohesive framework.
  • Collaborate with Collection Merchandising, Retail, and Excellence teams to identify and address new training needs.
  • Define training strategies for seasonal product launches, including post-fashion show releases.
  • Manage the deployment calendar for training programs in coordination with global and regional teams.
  • Translate technical product details into engaging educational content in collaboration with Product Development teams.
  • Lead and develop the Product Training team, ensuring effective team management and engagement.
  • Work with regional training managers to ensure alignment and gather field feedback.
  • Act as a product ambassador within the Global Retail department.
  • Establish KPIs to evaluate the impact of training on retail performance.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in training design, development, and deployment or retail operations.
  • Experience in a global retail environment or a similar role is advantageous.

Skills

Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities across cross-functional and local teams. Proficiency in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Deep understanding of product lifecycle, retail dynamics, and client experience in the luxury fashion industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and digital tools. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

5-10 years in training design, development, and deployment or retail operations, preferably in a global retail environment.
