Role & Responsibilities
- Define margin objectives by product category and season.
- Ensure adherence to pricing across all product categories and sales channels, including retail, wholesale, outlet, Couture, duty-free, employee sales, and B2B, both in-store and online.
- Review pricing policy each season, considering market specifics, exchange rate fluctuations, and fiscal environment (VAT, customs duties, transport, etc.).
- Maintain updated pricing structure based on these elements.
- Analyze post-showroom margins and identify improvement levers.
- Propose price adjustments based on sales, margins, and tourist flows, and monitor their impact on overall performance.
- Monitor the impact of price changes on overall performance.
- Identify inconsistencies and price differences online within the network versus partners and recommend adjustments for harmonization.
- Develop tools (Power BI, Excel, Anaplan) to optimize price management and analysis.
- Provide pricing recommendations for special requests (press, samples, VIC, Haute Couture, etc.).
- Prepare analyses and presentations for ad-hoc projects upon request.
- Ensure smooth execution and coordination of pricing processes during showroom periods and seasonal changes (twice a year).
- Coordinate the team.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters and regional merchandising on defining the selling price in euros and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate with merchandising, retail, wholesale, finance, e-commerce, and supply teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +5, from a business or engineering school.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a pricing analyst/manager or revenue manager, ideally in retail.
