Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide monthly financial reports tailored to internal needs.
  • Oversee industrial cost control, including direct, indirect, fixed, and variable costs.
  • Manage operational expense control and analyze variances against budget and forecast.
  • Evaluate and monitor new investments and projects related to the plant's activities.
  • Control inventory levels and analyze stock data.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Define and share industrial KPIs to monitor plant performance.
  • Prepare targeted analyses for specific operational areas such as Production Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse.
  • Develop new analyses and enhance existing ones using a wide range of databases and IT tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Plant Controller in an industrial setting with expertise in Industrial and Financial Control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in French is a plus.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Knowledge of AS400, Stealth, JDE, WMS, MES; familiarity with PLM and SAP is preferred. Understanding of HFM. Precision and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented mindset. Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

A minimum of four years in a similar role within an industrial environment, focusing on financial and industrial control.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
