Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide monthly reports based on internal requirements.
  • Oversee the control of industrial costs, including direct, indirect, fixed, and variable expenses.
  • Manage operational expenses and analyze variances against budget and forecast.
  • Evaluate and monitor new investments and projects related to plant activities.
  • Control inventory levels and analyze stock data.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop budget and forecast plans.
  • Define and share industrial KPIs to monitor plant performance.
  • Prepare targeted analyses for specific operational areas such as Production Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse.
  • Develop new analyses and enhance existing ones using a variety of databases and IT tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Plant Controller in an industrial setting, with expertise in Industrial and Financial Control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Knowledge of AS400, Stealth, JDE, WMS, MES; familiarity with PLM and SAP is preferred. Understanding of HFM. Strong precision, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

A minimum of 4 years in a similar role within an industrial environment, focusing on financial and industrial control.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
