Role & Responsibilities
- Interpret designer sketches to create tangible garments.
- Draft initial volumetric designs on mannequins for designer approval.
- Take precise measurements necessary for model creation.
- Develop pattern templates.
- Construct mock-ups (toiles) for design validation.
- Present initial drafts to designers and adapt mock-ups until final approval.
- Conduct fittings to ensure garment fit.
- Provide expert advice to designers.
- Perform final model inspections.
- Collaborate with dedicated teams to develop technical sheets.
Qualifications
- Significant initial experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical analysis capabilities.
- Attention to detail, precision, and teamwork orientation.
