Role & Responsibilities
- Execute production tasks following standardized processes to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Prepare materials through skiving, splitting, and color application.
- Assemble products with complex stitching and color finishing.
- Identify and report quality issues, collaborating to find tailored solutions.
- Propose improvement actions to enhance quality and reduce production time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leather goods production, preferably in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Technical diploma or professional qualification, ideally in Textile, Clothing, and Fashion with a specialization in leather goods.
