Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute production tasks following standardized processes to meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Prepare materials through skiving, splitting, and color application.
  • Assemble products with complex stitching and color finishing.
  • Identify and report quality issues, collaborating to find tailored solutions.
  • Propose improvement actions to enhance quality and reduce production time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leather goods production, preferably in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
  • Technical diploma or professional qualification, ideally in Textile, Clothing, and Fashion with a specialization in leather goods.

Skills

Experience
