Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct prior art searches for trademarks and designs, as well as case law research.
- Provide legal recommendations on creative projects.
- Support anti-counterfeiting efforts, including expert assessments, coordination with teams and service providers, customs and criminal procedure follow-up, complaint drafting, and reporting.
- Assist in managing a trademark portfolio, including registration applications, oppositions, invalidation actions, and revocation actions.
- Aid in evidence collection for contentious cases.
- Draft legal consultations and notes.
- Conduct various documentary studies.
- Assist with daily legal matters, particularly in contract law, including service agreements, general terms, confidentiality agreements, and distribution contracts.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Business Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
- Recognized for seriousness, rigor, and discretion.

No prior professional experience required, suitable for recent graduates or current students in relevant fields.
