Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark and design prior art searches and analyze case law.
- Provide legal recommendations on creative projects.
- Assist in anti-counterfeiting efforts, including expert analyses, coordination with teams and service providers, customs and criminal procedures, complaint drafting, and reporting.
- Learn to manage a trademark portfolio, including registration applications, oppositions, invalidation actions, and revocation actions.
- Support evidence collection for contentious cases.
- Draft legal consultations and notes.
- Conduct various documentary studies.
- Assist with daily legal matters, particularly in contract law, including service agreements, general conditions, confidentiality agreements, and distribution contracts.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Business Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
- Recognized for seriousness, rigor, and discretion.
