Role & Responsibilities

Craft leather goods, small leather accessories, and belts based on pattern designs.
Interpret and modify patterns as necessary.
Assemble various components according to technical specifications to produce finished products.
Propose technical modifications and alternative solutions to enhance product quality and facilitate industrialization.
Collaborate daily with technical teams involved in prototype and sample creation, including modeling, product development, intermediate processing, and industrialization.

Qualifications

Technical-specialist training in leather goods is preferred.
Extensive experience in a similar role.
Understanding of sample/prototype production dynamics in the luxury sector.

Skills

Proficient knowledge of raw materials and leathers. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. English language proficiency is advantageous. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet defined deadlines. Proactive problem-solving attitude. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Strong communication skills.

Experience

Extensive experience in leather goods prototyping within the luxury sector is required.

Education

Technical-specialist training in leather goods is preferred.
