Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage Time and Methods activities through workplace observation, time tracking, waste analysis, corrective action identification, and continuous improvement implementation.
  • Oversee the rebalancing of production lines or departments by analyzing assembly times to maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver best practice training through one-point lessons, visual communication, SOP writing, and design workshops.
  • Create standard instructions and implement a visual management system.
  • Identify and coordinate workshops and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving production processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in managing cross-functional projects.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of technical design software such as AutoCAD Good command of the English language Project Management skills Strong interpersonal skills Problem-solving orientation Analytical and planning abilities

Experience

Education

Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
