Keyholder Sales Advisor
Balenciaga at Wynn Las Vegas seeks a Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) to drive sales and manage store operations in Las Vegas.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales to achieve and exceed targets through exemplary client service and proactive selling.
- Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures in strict accordance with company policy.
- Support the Store Director in day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision and task delegation.
- Maintain orderly and accessible stockroom operations to facilitate merchandise flow and team efficiency.
- Manage inventory control and partner with operations staff to minimise shrinkage and ensure accurate cash handling and timely bank deposits.
- Implement and communicate visual merchandising directives and ensure store presentation meets brand standards.
- Oversee store maintenance, fixtures and supplies to preserve exemplary presentation and functionality.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to protect client relationships and brand reputation.
- Enforce company operational manuals and sustainability policies; provide constructive feedback for local and corporate updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a comparable retail or fashion sales role, ideally with keyholder or supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a selling role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and genuine passion for the fashion industry.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop team performance.
- Knowledge of inventory control, loss prevention practices, cash handling and visual merchandising.

Experience
Minimum of 3+ years in retail or fashion sales with prior keyholder or supervisory responsibilities; experience within luxury or premium fashion brands preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualifications in fashion, retail or business preferred.
