Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the AMS Manager in maintaining and continuously improving product development and production processes and systems.
- Support daily operations of information systems across various departments including Product Development, Pattern Making, Industrialization, Purchasing, Warehouse, Merchandising, and Haute Couture.
- Act as a primary contact for gathering requirements and conducting preliminary analysis for continuous improvement activities.
- Participate in the tracking and management of requests for system enhancements.
- Contribute to the deployment of new tools and user training during new implementations.
- Assist in the development of new reports.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT project management within an industrial or commercial context.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
