Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and post job advertisements for interns and apprentices.
- Source and select candidates through various job boards.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings, schedule, and participate in interviews.
- Coordinate with managers on candidate briefings and application follow-ups.
- Monitor dashboards and key performance indicators.
- Participate in various HR projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2).
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in recruitment and human resources is essential.
Education
Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
