Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and publish job postings for interns and apprentices.
  • Source and select candidates through various job boards.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with managers regarding candidate briefings and follow-ups.
  • Monitor dashboards and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in various HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2).

Skills

Meticulous organizational skills. Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English within an international setting.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in recruitment and human resources is essential.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
