Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and publish job listings for intern and apprenticeship positions.
- Source and select candidates through various job boards.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with managers regarding candidate progress.
- Monitor dashboards and key performance indicators.
- Participate in various HR projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2).
