Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and publish job listings for intern and apprenticeship positions.
  • Source and select candidates through various job boards.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with managers regarding candidate progress.
  • Monitor dashboards and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in various HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2).

Skills

Meticulous organizational skills. Strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English for an international work environment.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, suitable for current students.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
